Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Superb C's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Choice of Law. GA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of GA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
